Research shows that positive school climates where all students feel safe and engaged lead to better outcomes for schools, for students, and for educators. However, recent tragic school violence and youth suicides highlight the need to enhance our efforts to reduce bullying and to create schools that are safe and foster a positive learning environment for all students.
