As Director – Initiatives, Jeri Crispe is responsible for working closely with CLF’s Integration Districts in order to implement the Colorado Academic Standards, the new educator performance evaluations systems, and educator supports in a mutually reinforcing, high quality manner.
Jeri brings over 20 years of service in public education from classroom teacher to school administrator.
Prior to joining the Colorado Legacy Foundation, Jeri served school districts in Florida, Georgia and Colorado. As an administrator, she designed and created a magnet school for math, science and technology and a choice school for the arts as well as served in traditional school communities. Each of her schools received state and/or national recognition for exemplary academic performance and outstanding student achievement. Additional roles have included: curriculum writer for district and state level work and consultant work for integrated arts curriculum and the Aviation Museum of Marietta, Georgia.
Jeri received her B.S. from Florida Southern College in Elementary /Early Childhood Education. She completed her M.S. at Nova Southeastern University in K-12 Educational Leadership.
