Accountant
The Colorado Legacy Foundation seeks a full-time Accountant to join its finance team. The Accountant will complete financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable (invoicing and cash receipts), bank and account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting. Duties include data entry, check generation, ensuring checks are mailed and filing. Duties also include preparation of deposits and ensuring deposits are mailed. Safe and Welcoming Schools Initiative Manager
We are currently seeking a full-time Safe and Welcoming Schools Initiative Manager. The position is grant funded and will be available immediately. This Manager will be responsible for providing direct day-to-day management of a project managed by the Colorado Legacy Foundation (CLF) designed to provide safe and welcoming schools expertise, resources and tools for school districts. Key activities of the Safe and Welcoming Schools Initiative Manager include engagement of educational leaders, administrators and other stakeholders to develop a strategic equity education plan, identify and create resources, and provide technical assistance for schools and school districts. Science Content Specialist – Colorado Legacy Schools Initiative
The Colorado Legacy Foundation (CLF) seeks a Science Content Specialist for the Colorado Legacy Schools Initiative, an exciting effort designed to close the achievement gap and increase the numbers of low-income and minority students enrolled in and successful with Advanced Placement (AP) and pre-AP courses in math, science, and English. The Initiative currently has three participating high schools serving 733 students and will expand to include 30 additional high schools over the next five years. The Content Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the content area programs and supporting the AP and Pre-AP teachers of the science AP courses within these schools.
