Development Director
The Colorado Legacy Foundation (CLF) is seeking a Development Director to design and execute on a comprehensive development strategy for CLF. The Development Director will oversee and execute on both targeted campaigns and ongoing fundraising efforts which include the pursuit of federal, state and private grant funding as well as the cultivation of individual and corporate donors. Literacy Specialist
The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) seeks a Literacy Specialist (on a contract basis) to work directly with the Office of Standards and Instructional Support (SIS) to begin work immediately on a grant-funded initiative to provide leadership, guidance, and support with respect to implementation of literacy standards, educator effectiveness, and research-proven instructional practices. The overarching goal is that all local education providers, including schools and districts, adopt and implement Colorado’s Reading, Writing, and Communicating standards, curricula to ensure student mastery of these standards, and assessments that allow students to demonstrate mastery. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for building brand awareness for Initiative products through coordination of the website, developing and delivering CLF products through implementation of strategic marketing plans, and promoting CLF activities and work. Coordinator – Project Management Office
The Colorado Legacy Foundation (CLF) seeks a Coordinator for its Project Management Office (PMO). This coordinator will be primarily assigned to the Colorado Legacy Schools Initiative, an exciting effort designed to close the achievement gap and increase the numbers of low-income and minority students enrolled in and successful with Advanced Placement (AP) and pre-AP courses in Math, Science, and English. The Colorado Legacy Schools Initiative currently has twenty-three participating high schools and will expand to approximately thirty high schools across the state of Colorado over the next four years, serving a total of 25,000 students.
